Some great additions there, Mike. Love the design of the old cards - much more than all the 'refractors' etc. of to-day. I much prefer simple designs. Regarding sending to auction... it makes so much more sense to send to auction, rather than to spend your own time dealing with people on Ebay (and potential returns, etc.). Hope they go well. 👍

Those '33 Goudey's... WOW. I think you need to pursue the complete set.

The 1933 Goudey set was printed on 10 sheets of 24 cards. Some sheets were skipped numbered and others had the cards laid out sequentially as they would appear in the set. Cards from sheets 8-10 did not include the red “Big League Chewing Gum” banner and are mostly scattered in the 2nd half of the set. Some have speculated that they were low on red ink, but given that a number of cards on these sheets had red backgrounds, that seems unlikely. Seems that they either forgot to include the banner for sheets 8-10 or they intentionally left it off because they thought the cards looked better. I tend to think they made an intentional choice because the Nap Lajoie, which was a send away that was printed a year after the packs were first released, omits the banner as well. The Lajoie was card #106, but doesn’t appear on any of the 10 sheets, instead the Babe Ruth swinging card #144 was double printed.

Wow PSA dropped the ball big time. Awesome to see all them cards come back all graded. Great video!

No surprise, I love those 33 Goudeys! Treasured ar any grade. 50+ HOF cards in this classic set. Banner on bottom is my favorite versiin, though Goudey did not use on all cards. More common yhough with lower numbers which are the more valuable

I remember an episode of chasing where Ty brought psa a 49 Bowman Paige and they said they never seen one before… I’m not entirely sure psa knows anything about vintage. I get the set registry tho

Great video Mike. It does beg the question of Who's right? Obviously especially on some of yours someone is right someone is wrong. Maybe keep the experiment going and send a couple to a third company. If it were me I'd probably not send the minsizereq, but some of the other ones would really spark more discussion. Just a thought.

Love this! I only use SGC. Perfect video evidence of why PSA sucks and has some internal issues that need fixing.

I honestly think that Please Submit Again wants to control the pops on cards. And would rather not slab then too give an unfair low grade. I stop using PLEASE SUBMIT AGAIN Can not thrust them with my cards.
